The 2 minute stress management technique

The 2 minute stress management technique we can all do.

Take 2 minutes out of your busy life to close your eyes, sit up straight and slowly breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Make every attempt to keep the rhythm slow, smooth and steady. Repeat the process 10 times. You can do this simple breathing exercise as many times a day as you like. Once you have completed your 10 breathes before opening your eyes, rub your hands together quickly to warm them up and place them over your eyes and massage them in a circular motion. Then slowly open……

This simple technique can help you clear both emotional and mental stress. It can help calm your nerves by giving your conscious mind a much needed little 2 minute vacation. Try it for a week…..and the week after.
